Immobilizer module service
Ignition switch and body security modules worked on the bench and returned with a matched key.
Quoted for your vehicle — answer in one business day
How it is done
-
You post us the unit and we send it back ready to fit.
What's included
- Bench work on the ignition switch or body security module, and a key matched to it.
What it doesn't cover
- Parts we did not supply, and any fault outside the item we worked on.
- Mechanical repair, wiring repair, or diagnosis of an unrelated problem.
- Towing, rental or lost time.
Have this ready
- The module, packed as described below.
- ⛔ The working key for BMW CAS/FEM and Mercedes EIS jobs — the module cannot be matched without it.
How long
Bench work. We confirm what we have and what it needs the day it arrives.
Will it work on your vehicle?
Coverage depends on the exact year, model and part number — not just the make. Send us the VIN and we confirm on the tool before anything is quoted or ordered.
What it works on
Coverage runs per model year and per part number, not per brand. We confirm on the tool against your VIN before quoting — and we say so plainly when the answer is no.
Questions we get
- Do I have to send the key as well?
- For CAS, FEM and EIS work, yes. Without it there is nothing to match the module to.
- Does my original come back?
- Always, whatever the outcome.
- Will the car start when I refit it?
- That is the job. We test on the bench before it ships, and send the relearn steps with it.
Shipping, and what happens if it fails
-
Free return shipping, every job
Coming back to you costs you nothing, whatever the outcome.
-
Free prepaid inbound label on jobs $199+
Below that, you post it to us and we cover the return.
-
No clone, no fee
If we cannot clone your module you pay return shipping only, and your original comes back exactly as it arrived.
-
Your original is never modified
We read it. We do not write to it, and it comes home either way.
-
Exact part-number match required
A donor whose part number differs is not "close enough" — cloning onto the wrong one destroys it. We check before anything is touched.
-
You hear from us the day it lands
We confirm what we have, what it needs and when it ships back before we start.
-
Written terms on our work
You see them before you agree. Nothing verbal.
What to put in the box
- Anti-static bag first, then a padded box — a bare module in a jiffy bag arrives damaged.
- Label each unit ORIGINAL or DONOR, and write the VIN on both.
- Include the working key for BMW CAS/FEM and Mercedes EIS jobs — the module cannot be matched without it.
- Print your confirmation and put it in the box so we can match it to your job.
- Photograph the part number before you seal it. It settles any question later in one message.
