For shops — stop subletting to the dealer
You can't justify $30–50k in tools and endless OEM subscriptions for programming you need only sometimes. So the job goes to the dealer: an appointment days out, because their bay does mechanical work first — and a bill you mark up and apologise for.
Meanwhile the car sits in your bay. Somebody threw a module at it and now it won't finish. You're turning away work you can't complete.
I'm the sublet that answers. Wholesale rates, volume-friendly, and I don't compete with you for the repair — I do the part you can't, and hand it back finished.
No middleman. No dealer runaround.
One call, everything electronic
I own the hardware, so nothing gets sublet twice. Module programming and flashing — PCM, TCM, BCM, ABS, SRS, clusters, radios. Bench cloning and EEPROM, so a donor module skips programming entirely and the shop skips a $2,500 dealer part. Keys and immobilizer, including all-keys-lost. The intermittent electrical faults nobody else wants.
And the adaptations every shop needs weekly: battery registration, throttle and steering-angle coding, EPB service mode, DPF regen, TPMS.
How it works
Three steps. No surprises.
Tell me what you need
Year, make, model and the symptom — or the part number. Straight answer on whether I can do it and what it costs.
I come to you, or we go remote
Mobile to your bay or driveway. Plenty of jobs are done remotely, with nothing to drop off.
Done the same day
Programmed, verified against the VIN, and warrantied. You drive it away or the shop finishes the ticket.
For drivers — you don't have to wait a week
The dealer quotes $400–800 for a key or a module and can't fit you in until next week. Your car is undriveable and nobody tells you where else to go.
Here's the plain version: your car's computer needs to be told which car it's in. I do that — in your driveway, usually the same day, for well under dealer money.
Modules, programmed before they ship
A used module off eBay or a yard still has to be programmed — an extra trip, extra days, a cost nobody mentioned. Mail-in cloning means shipping both ways with the car dead in between.
The shop is opening soon: VIN-programmed to your car, plug in and drive off, shipped same-day, warrantied. Not a bare core and a problem.
